How do the massages for different occupations differ?
The focus areas take typical work demands into account. They are not rigid routines: how you feel, your wishes and suitability determine which areas we massage.
How long does the massage last and what does it cost?
Recovery massage lasts 50 minutes and costs €130. This also applies to the occupational focus areas. Include your preferred focus and available time when enquiring. A free introductory conversation is not a prerequisite.
Are deep tissue and trigger-point techniques always included?
No. Firmer techniques or localised pressure are only used when suitable and comfortable for you. Massage does not have to hurt.
When is medical assessment needed first?
New, severe or persistent pain and unexplained symptoms require medical assessment first. No massage is given with fever, acute inflammation, open wounds or suspected thrombosis. After surgery, or with cancer, osteoporosis or blood-thinning medication, we assess suitability individually.
My occupation is not listed. Can I still come?
Yes. The occupations are examples. Tell me about your daily life and concern, and we will identify a suitable focus.
